To perform all general and certain specialised radiographic examinations, with due regard to patient care, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology.

SPECIFIC (80%)

1. Perform all duties required of a professional Radiographer

2. Provide radiology services as requested by referring clinicians according to statutory regulations and acceptable clinical standards

3. Ensure compliance to Radiation safety regulations

4. Participate in the maintenance of a round-the-clock radiography service by rotating shifts

5. Being on-call for relief staff for emergency and mass casualties by roaster and when necessary.

6. Responsible for quality control programs and maintenance of imaging equipment and accessories in the assigned clinical area.

7. Provide guidance to junior staff or students assigned to the section.

8. Ensure personal continual professional development and training

9. Coordinate with staff from other sections or departments to ensure continuity of patient care.

10. Cognizant of relevant standard operating protocols (SCPs) and standard work instructions (SWIs) in the assigned clinical areas

Responsible for the good housekeeping and inventory of stocks and materials in the assigned clinical area.

(A) GENERAL (20%)

1. Provides teaching and leadership guidance to junior staff. Act on higher positions when necessary.

2. Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.

3. Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer, Department Manager or Head of Department

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to be the voice of influence and to lead the marketing team at Mind PointEye. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acceleration of sales through implementing successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications, driving Mind PointEye's brand awareness.

• Provide administrative support.

• First point of contact and support to clients.

• Execute the company's operations plan.

• Prepare service related materials and documents.

• Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections.

• Issue Tax Invoice to clients.

• Resolve customer’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.

• Any other tasks as assigned.

• Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general administration and operational matters

• Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning and handle courier services etc

• Assist administration and ensure effective, timely and responsible communication via Email,

• Microsoft team and WhatsApp, both to suppliers and customers and internal management

• Maintain client database, opening and closing of files

• Maintaining a systematic filling system for both electronic and paper

• Provide HR and accounting support

• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.

• Ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.

• Handle accounting records, Account Payables & Account Receivables, including monthly ageing report.

• Process payments as well as documents like invoices

• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

On the job training for 3 months will be provided.
